I recently purchased the new SP 34 surfboard modem. My old modem was in the bedroom so I hooked up the new modem in the bedroom. I got everything connected to my wireless network and everything was working fine however I wanted to move the modem to my basement And now I cannot connect anything please help

The internet service provider offers service through a single coaxial cable provision. If you have an additional coaxial cable provision in the basement besides the one in the bedroom, we recommend checking with your internet service provider to see if they can provide service through the basement coaxial cable provision as well.
