No Order Confirmation for S34 Modem Order

I places an order for a S34 Modem this past weekend, but have not yet received a confirmation email.  Checked spam folder and nothing.  I did receive a “Tell Us What You Think” Review email from Arris, but no order confirmation email

I do not have my order number (I thought it would have been emailed to me via an order confirmation).  Are you able to look it up by my email address?
