I placed an order for S33 Modem on Surfboard website and got only a order # after payment on the website. I have not received any tracking # email or confirmation of my order via email. I can’t seem to find any email or phone number contact I can call to help me with the order and it’s fulfillment.
I ordered selecting 3-5 business days delivery options and paid $9.99 as well. So it should have arrived already or at the very least an email tracking that it was shipped.
Can anyone point me to where I can find some help on this?
