really annoyed no easy way to contact about modem that brok

I just want to say I have an ARRIS (S33) that I purchased in June 2023. 

It broke in April 2025, still under warranty

But I couldn’t find any way to contact you people at Arris  and life moved on and now that Cox has jacked my bill sky high for modem rental I remember that I hadn’t figured out how to contact youo (BECAUSE YOU MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT) and the warranty has expired

This is not good customer service.
