Multiple Level 1 Technicians have promised a callback from Melvin, Supervisor for Arris Technical Support Tier 2 Team, for several days on end. No callback has been received. Arris has been shipped back an S33 modem with power cord for a full refund per that agreed upon, but no meaningful response has been received from Arris. The Arris case number is 2412-06033.
