No matter how many times I enter the Serial No. for my S33, it keeps telling me the serial no and the product selected do not match. I have tried S33 and S33 Kit (whatever thast is)

You’re not alone.

An 877 number appears when Arris’ SalesForce site fails to validate your serial number. From what I’ve seen from other posts on this forum, calling that number is one of the few ways to get registered.

Looks like this has been going on for months.
