Doesn’t seem to be an easy way to request RMA.
Surfboard S33v2, already registered, amazon purchase less than 2 years ago.
Spectrum internet, lost connection, multiple power offs and tried reset button.
When powering on, green light immediately comes on and stays on, doesn’t blink or appear to attempt to connect to spectrum. Multiple reboots same result.
Purchased new S33 and quickly activated new modem and new modem is working fine.
Request replacement on old defective S33.
