Set up S33v3 per the instructions. Called internet provider and gave MAC ID. Light on surfboard was orange, then blinked green, then blinked green and blue. Cannot get solid green light. Have repowered and reset several times. Can never get past blinking green and blue.

Alternating green and blue blinking lights indicate that the device is in error mode, verify all cable connections and try resetting the modem.
