S33 channels locked

I just bought an S33. Originally it was kinda working but not correctly. So I started messing with it. Now all the channels say locked. All the upstream and down stream. I talked to spectrum last night and they said everything was working correctly on there end. How do I fix it?

Are you facing no internet issue or intermittent connection issue or slow speed on S33 modem?
