I just bought an S33. Originally it was kinda working but not correctly. So I started messing with it. Now all the channels say locked. All the upstream and down stream. I talked to spectrum last night and they said everything was working correctly on there end. How do I fix it?

To understand the issue better could you please elaborate the issue
