Hi,

I’ve read the thread with similar title and tried password as well as last 8 digits of S/N, “password” and last 8 digits, caps on Admin and Password and nothing allows me to login.  Just picked up the unit today.  It’s a v2 version if that helps.

Since S33 is just a cable modem you need to try accessing modem GUI on the device connected to the modem directly not on the router or on the wifi devices since sometime router will not allow modem IP so only on direct connection you can get into GUI without any issue and please use lowercase to enter username and password admin & password If that doesn't allow try using last 8digit of serial number and if still unable to login please try the same on direct connection after disconnecting the coax cable from the modem.

Thanks for the input. I was getting the IP and web page fine, but I’ll give it a try when I get back from vacation and follow up. 


Logging in with a direct attached cable worked. Thanks!
