Modem is only a few years old and lately it just drops internet for a few seconds multiple times a day. Picks it back up quickly without any reset or anything but obviously it gets fairly annoying.

you have a bunch of errors in the one channel. But more importantly, what does your logs show? That shows us longer term issues
I did a factory reset over the weekend hoping that would fix things and it has not changed anything. From what I’ve read online corrected errors in that OFDM channel aren’t concerning?
You have t3 errors and other errors that indicate line issues. STart with removing any splitters, amplifiers, or anything else in your line. Check the line for loose connectors, corrosion, kinked lines, or anything impacting the coax. I’d try direct connecting the modem right where it comes into the home to prevent issues in the walls
