Like many others on this forum I’m stuck between two service providers who keep pointing the finger at each other (Arris and Xfinity).
There is a design flaw somewhere and neither party is willing to address it.
I’m tired of being in the middle.

Get them to send a technician to your home at no cost. I did that and the tech replaced all the cable connectors, added padding at the entrance for both send and receive, and measured the maximum service speed presented to my house. xfinity was wanting to sell me 800 mps but the actual service was only 500 tops. You need an honest tech to fix you up and you need the arris modem supported by xfinity.
Since you are experiencing slow speed, I would suggest adjusting the cable signals to make sure they are all in range.
