I normally work on-line beginning at 3:30 a.m. However, my Arris S33 modem goes through its automatic firmware update between 4:00 and 5:00 a.m., disrupting my Internet connection. Can I change the time of day that these updates occur?

Hello bsteckbeck,
We understand that you would like to change the time of the day on the updates that happens on the modem .
It looks like from 4.00 to 5.00 a.m there is a drop on the firmware , the firmware is been updated only by your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
So, kindly check with your ISP on the same .
Note: Also, on the S33 cable modem there are no settings that can change the timings of the firmware
