I have reset my modem and have rebooted my modem and I am still receiving no power signal.  The mdrm has a solid blue light on.  How do I  resolve this issue?   Do I need to replace my modem? My devices show signal strengths between 2-4 bars. My internet  does drop service 3-4 times daily.    I do have internet service and my cable provider has shown me that the signal strength is good. Thank you

Basically , intermittent connection or no internet access occurs usually out of cable signal level, out of acceptable range and it will be resolved after the power level are adjusted by the service provider. So for this we need to check the cable signal level to confirm what causing this issue to proceed further.

Since you have already done checking the cable signal level by your internet service provider please do share the downstream and upstream values. or you can follow the steps mentioned on the below link to check signal level of your modem.

Good Morning,

Here is the reading on my router.

Internet Connection : connected

Downstream Frequency : 381000000 HZ

Downstream Signal Power : -1 dBmV

Downstream Signal SNR: 40dB

Could you help us with the values for the Downstream channel’s > power level and SNR level (Highest and lowest value)

Upstream channel > Power level (Highest and lowest value).

Where do I find these values as I only see the ones that I provided? Thanks

You can locate those values on the link given below:

If you are unable to locate the cable signals, then I request you to contact internet service provider and reprovisioning the modem by deactivate the MAC address and reactivate the same.
