I awoke to non-functioning internet connection. It has been confirmed that the issue is the S33 modem. All connections were checked that included ethernet and coaxial cables, the service was verified with the service provider, but the modem was the only thing experiencing issues. There is a nonstop chirping sound coming from the unit, and the front light was solid orange/reddish. I attempted to perform additional troubleshoot per the user guide. Performed Restart only to have front light to turn solid green, still making the chirping sound, and without making connection. Proceeded to perform Reset, light remained solid green, chirping sound remained, and still did not make connection. How do I get warranty support? RMA? Im still within the two year warranty.
