I have been connected to my S33 for some time. It got disconnected and then plugged back in. Light is steady blue as it should be but I am not able to connect to the internet. It is connected to the same router it had been and Im being told there is no available internet.
+41The S33 has 2x ethernet ports. make sure it only has a single device plugged into it. The majority of ISP’s only allow 1 public ip address and if 2 devices are plugged in, it’ll cause issue.
so if something else was plugged in, unplug it, reboot the modem and router. Then try setup.
If that doesn’t work, try connecting to the modem and seeing what its staus page is showing.
