S33 not working correctly

I’m trying to get support but the model (P/N) on the bottom of the model isn’t recognized in support system.  Serial# field grayed out.

NM, I was able to get it to work.  I tried S33 first and it denied it, ten I as using P/N as the images seemed to show.  Then I tried S33 again and it worked the second time.
