Hello,

 

My ARRIS S33 modem stopped working unexpectedly (solid amber light then light green light and high pitched noise). I purchased a similar modem and tested its power cord on my modem and it worked perfectly with the new cord, so the original power cord was faulty.

 

Since my modem is still under warranty, I want to request a replacement power cord free of charge. Can someone point me in the right direction please?
