S33 solid orange but flashes white randomly

The power company was messing around up the block today, and they shut the power off to our neighborhood for a short time. Our S33 cable modem is now solid orange for different intervals, flashing white in between. Sometimes it’s orange for seven seconds before flashing light, and sometimes it’s orange for over 20 seconds before flashing white. Sometimes it’s orange for over a minute before flashing white. It seems random. I’ve tried power cycling it, but it hasn’t helped.
