s33 v2 no internet

S33v2 light solid amber, blink of bluegreen then back to solid amber.  No connection to any device but internet shows connected.  Power cycled  the provider and Arris devices, did the paperclip reset on the Arris device and checked the Ethernet and coax connections and found no problems with those.  No change, any ideas??
