After 3-4 months of clean operation, my S33v2 became unresponsive today with a white/pale green status light on the front, and a persistent high pitched noise. I don't suspect any Comcast issues. I unplugged and replugged it into power and the white/pale green light and noise immediately returned upon plugging in (no boot up light flashing). This was repeatable including after leaving unplugged for several minutes. While plugged in I tried to factory reset using the button on the bottom. Even after holding the button for the requisite time period and beyond, there was no change. Finally after another power cycle, I'm getting a long amber status light followed by a short white/pale green and short off, then back thru the same color cycle. The high pitch noise is somewhat more erratic during this light cycling. All the while it spits out no Internet. I'm assuming this is a warranty replacement scenario. If you agree, how do I get that going?
