About a month ago my s33v2 starting making a high pitched whining noise. At that time the internet was slow but power cycle fixed it (the internet, not the whining noise).
Now the modem seems to have stopped working completely. I power cycled the modem and router several times, tried multiple cables (both to router and directly to PC) and neither the router nor PC detects any connection. Checked with xfinity and their service is fine but no modem is detected. Held reset for awhile but still nothing.
Modem is still under warranty but support is closed today. Any advice?
