S34 cant access interface and overheat issue

Since August 2024, I have S34 modem. It always ran a bit hot.

Recently, I can’t log in to the web interface to check event log.

I purchased a different modem from another manufacturer. 
No Problem in heat dissipation and logging in to the interface!

What should I do with the S34?

Since you are experiencing hot to touch the modem, I would request you to disconnect the modem from the power outlet for safety reasons.

My S34 is hot too.. no clue why.. I just got it.

2.3Gbps download speed and 354Mbps upload speed tested.

If the modem is new, you can return it to the retailer and request a replacement unit.
