S34 LEDs go off

New S34. Connected Mac to Xfinity. Had internet service for maybe five minutes. Then no service. All LEDs off on modem. Cycled power. Modem connects for a few minutes and then stops and LEDs go off.

We recommend connecting the modem to a different power cord. If the issue persists, try plugging it into a different power outlet. If the problem still continues, perform a factory reset of the modem.
