S34 on Astound (Wave Broadband) Issues

Why is my S34 on Astound (Wave Broadband) displaying as Advanced Stream ISP in the Surfboard app?

Also, download speeds are well below my plan speeds and much slower than my old Surfboard SB6190 that I just replaced.

When setting up the SURFboard Central app, it's possible that the wrong internet service provider (ISP) was selected, as the app does not automatically detect or change ISP names — this selection is made by the user during setup.

If you'd like to correct this, please remove the device from the app and re-add it, making sure to choose the correct ISP during the setup process.

Regarding the slow speed issue, please let us know your subscribed internet speed plan. To help isolate the problem, try connecting a computer directly to the modem using an Ethernet cable, then run a speed test to check if the modem is delivering the expected speed independently.
