I switched my internet provider from Xfinity to Astound and my Arris cable modem S33 still shows Xfinity as my service provider

Where are you seeing that the Xfinity on the S33?  I didn’t think modem devices are aware of the service provider it is connected to.

Where are you seeing that the Xfinity on the S33?  I didn’t think modem devices are aware of the service provider it is connected to.

Current Setup: Sonic Fiber > G54
