Iam experiencing issues with my internet. My ISP just verified my internet connection with another modem, but when I try to use my Arris S33v2, it does not work properly. 

I dialed the number I found online (1-877-466-8646), but the call got disconnected after 6,7 seconds. Can someone share another way to contact Arris Tech Support?
