I have an S33 that started failing and is barely a year old. It’s ridiculously hot, especially the coaxial and eventually shuts down. Right before it started turning off it would just cut the internet in and out.

 

I have tried contact support multiple times and the one time I was able to get someone in the chat they told me I would be contacted via email or call. Never got the call. Never got the email. And since it is now the weekend they have no support.

 

I want a refund for this modem. Can any moderators help me get into touch with someone to further this process? I’m really disappointed with this seeing as I used to really like the Arris products.
