I just bout a refurbished S33 cable modem on Amazon. Is there a light that comes on when plugged in. No light illuminated on mine.

Usually the power light comes on. Might have gotten a bad unit. If its from amazon and you just got it, usually amazon’s return/exchange is much faster than going through arris’s
