My SURFboard S33 modem is completely dead. I’ve tried restarting more than once. I am hearing a buzzing noise from within the unit. I only get the orange light. My unit is still under warranty. Who do I contact to get a replacement or refund? Thanks.

Mine died too, after only 6 months. I couldn’t get anywhere using the app so tried calling the support number. It’s only open M-F, with chat available on Saturday. Since this is Sunday I’m SOL.

Thank you for your responses. I contacted support, went through some troubleshooting steps, and determined my modem is dead. My modem is still under warranty. So, I was able to return it and received a replacement at no charge.
