I just bought my device four months ago and it’s not outputting internet. My ISP visited and said it was receiving internet, but it didn’t give a signal to any of my devices while my old modem did. Is anyone else running into this issue? Any solutions? Thanks in advance!

If its only 4 months old, it should be within warranty. 

And if a different modem works fine and this doesnt, might be worth checking into an rma


S33 is the cable modem and it works only through hardwired connection. If its worked through hardwired, reach out your router’s manufacturer for further assistance.
