Surfboard s33 Solid Amber/red light

I just bought a new monitor so I moved my modem and router to a different location, the router is working perfectly, but the modem is not. There's this solid amber/red light. Y reset it several times already. I unplugged it and plug it back to where it was at first but this is the problem, and there are this lights at the back, I really don't know much. Any help?
