Surfboard S33v2 solid white light, buzzing with no connection

Our Surfboard S33v2 has a solid white light with buzzing and no connections

I've done the following steps:

1. Power cycle

2. Disconnect the RG6 coax cable

3. Have tried to connect to the GUI web portal when directly connected with a rj45 patch cable.

4. Reset button and repeated previous steps
