Hi I’m trying to connect to the wifi but it keeps telling me to make sure I’m on the home wifi network when my internet is plugged into the arris modem

You posted in the S33 modem page. Thats a modem only device. It doesn’t have wifi. And you’re phone picture isn’t showing you on any wifi. 

What router do you have?

What router do you have? 

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
