Cannot access surfboard central app with initial username and password

Hi cmerc22,

As you would like to access the user name and password also surfboard central app , both are different .

To access username and password need to login to web manager page (192.168.100.1) do follow the below link :

http://arris.force.com/consumers/articles/General_FAQs/S33-Web-Manager-Access

To access SURFboard App do follow the below link :
