How do ensure I have the latest firmware running on S33 hardware v1.0? I purchased my modem and I use it with RCN/Astound Broadband as my ISP. I don’t see an option to update firmware in the web portal.
I show “TB01.01.001.13_082420_192.S3” as the firmware version.
Please advise.

There isn’t a way. the firmware is part of the provisioning and is pushed by the ISP. Nothing the end user can update
