I purchased a S34 secondhand through Amazon. Apparently its registration information is still part of another provider's system. I need to have the old information deleted so I can register it with my ISP.
How do I have this done?

This can only be completed by the previous Internet Service Provider, as they must remove the modem from the prior account.
