I recently purchased a Surfboard S34 modem. It works fine without issue. I downloaded the Surfboard central app and it is not really helpful. I cannot see what devices are connected to my router. Additionally, when I use the admin page 192.168.100.1 there is no place to view the connected devices. Does anyone have any suggestions how I see this information?  Thanks in advance.

The S34 is a cable modem and does not have any configurable settings. It is a plug-and-play device. To view connected devices, you’ll need to log in to your router’s interface, as devices connect through the router.
