I purchased a SURFboard S33v3 modem a few months ago, but recently it frequently drops connection. I have tried multiple resets without success. My ISP confirmed that the line is fine and the issue is with the modem. After swapping the modem, my internet has been stable, which further confirms the S33 is defective.
I would like to request warranty support for the S33. However, when I try to submit the request on the warranty page, it keeps saying that the model does not match the serial number. Could you please assist me with this issue?
