warranty and no one to help me.

Arris customer support is joke!!! No phone number to call. Chat is not available. I have a modem that is under warranty and no one to help me.

I finally did get a hold of someone. It took an entire hour for them to trouble shoot that it was the modem that was the problem. Over all it took me 3 hours form the time the router went out to the time that I git the ok to send it in. I sent it in on July 31st. I am hoping it will be here by Friday of this week. It was obvious that the rep was handling more than one person at a time which is really  annoying. No phone support is show stopper for me.
