The browser-gui for my S33v2 modem recommends using the SURFboard Central app.
When I download the app on my android and create and account, login, the application doesn’t tell me anything other than the model number, serial number, mac address, service provider, hardware spec, and ethernet ports. All of which I already know and have on the outside of the machine. Even worse, it doesn’t give me any information that the browser gives me like status, configuration, even logs, etc.
This is the only information I get;
So far the app is worthless. Am I doing something wrong; is there a link I don't know about?
What should I be expecting?

The S33 is a cable modem only it does not include built-in Wi-Fi or configuration options. As a result, the app does not offer any setup or configuration features for this model. Instead, the app is primarily used to register the product and view basic information such as the serial number and other device details.
I have the same problem.. I thought it was due to moving and using the same S33v2 on Xfinity vs prior being on Spectrum… BTW, try logging into the device from a webpage using 168.192.100.1. It will ask you for username and password. Username is admin and password to start is your serial number of your S33v2 unit.

Then I would suggest the app NOT tell people using the web interface to use the app for better capabilities. Silly… simple fix to a text li e in the next update.
