Getting nothing but a solid white light. I've tried restarting, changing ports from 2.5 to 1.0, and Factory reset. Nothing works.
Tried calling support to get a warranty replacement but the operator was not helpful.

Could you please help us with the IPV4 address on the device connected to the modem directly to isolate the issue. Restart your modem for a minute then connect any device to the modem ethernet port then check for the IP on the device network settings or using command prompt.
