Hi. I’m being pulled around by Xfinity support telling me I cannot receive higher upload speeds since my S34 is actually S34v1 that has not been certified by Xfinity. I can find nothing relating to S34v1 versus S34. Xfinity will not provide me any documentation of their claim.
Is Xfinity telling me the truth?

There are no separate versions of the S34, and version numbers do not indicate different configurations. The S34 has always been approved by Xfinity.
