SB6183 event logs

For the last few weeks my modem has been randomly dropping off line. I was wondering if I could get my event logs analyzed.

Usually event logs are analyzed only by internet service provider. Contact them for further assistance.

As your are experiencing intermittent connection, check the cable signals by using the link given below:

Thanks for replying. My internet provider Xfinity would not review the error logs because I own the modem. It looks like a new modem fixed my issue anyway. But I’m convinced that Xfinity was messing with my signal which was causing my old modem to intermittently kick offline. Lol.
