I was told that the modem won’t allow the internet to go above 400 gigabytes when on the box and description it says it is supposed to allow up to a gigabyte per second. How do I allow my internet provider access the full amount?

The SB6190 is capable of providing speeds up to 1Gbps, though the actual speed achievable depends on the speed limit or range provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Additionally, according to information on the Spectrum website, modems that support speeds of 1 Gig or higher include the SB8200 and S33.
