Bought back in 2019, Are these 2 different products 2.4 or 5 G? Or neither? i need a 2.4, I THINK, to be able to link my Catlink litterbox to this. I can’t get it to link, as is. See photos. Much appreciated!!!

Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.

I can’t figure out how to edit this question. The answer. I think, is that it can toggle between 2.4 & 5. Catlink says I need 2.4 - so how/where do I toggle on this device or my laptop??

Since SB6183 is the cable modem, it does not have inbuilt Wi-Fi in it.
I suggest you to contact your router manufacturer for further assistance.
