My Arris SB6190 is unable to connect or turn on

Did you check its power supply? I’ve seen users use the wrong one before and cause issues

Or even test to see if the power supply is working

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps

It is the same plug that came with the router.

The power is working because both mesh signals are lit
