Could you please confirm the name of your internet service provider and the speed plan you are subscribed to?
To set up the SB6190, you need to activate the modem through your internet service provider by providing them with the HFC MAC ID. They will use this information to activate the device.
Once the modem is activated, if you also require Wi-Fi connectivity, you will need to connect a Wi-Fi router to the modem.
