Been using current modem and router for years, suddenly our network name is not showing up at all for connecting to WiFi. Checked with Xfinity and they said it must be an equipment issue. Checked with our router and it appears to be working well. Must be the surfboard SB6190.. any troubleshooting tips beyond unplugging and replugging and ensuring the coaxial cable is tight in wall and device?

SB6190 is just a cable modem so to make sure that your modem is receiving internet from the service provider by connecting any device to the modem directly without router. could you please help us with the LED light status on the modem.
