I have an arris sb6190.  The sending light is still blinking even after I have powered off and on again.  Still same issue.  The internet provider said that their diagnostic shows not signal from this equipment.

tends to indicate a line/coax issue if your not getting the send/receive locked in.

check the coax for kinds, loose connections, corrosion, bad cables/ends, or any other issue. You can try moving to the modem to right where the coax comes into the home and connecting there. That ensures something in the walls/wiring isn’t causing the issue.
